“STRESS”, being one of the common and popular word today, has become universal in the milieu of mutual discord, work load, bottleneck competition and quest to win the race. While stress is prevalent from a school going kid to a company’ CEO , from a common man to the most popular celebrity, from all-rounder home maker to versatile office going lady it hasn’t spared anyone irrespective of age and gender .

Stress although being universal, women have been found to be more vulnerable to stress and fall prey to it more easily. According to “Harvard Business Review” and “Women of Tomorrow”, a Nielsen survey of 6,500 women across 21 countries state that Indian women are the most stressed in the world today. As per survey, 87% of Indian women said they felt stressed most of the time, and 82% reported that they had no time to relax. Not surprisingly, the most stress is felt among women between 25 and 55 years of age, who are trying to balance demanding careers with obligations at home.

The truth is women add all their new roles without crossing anything off their list and they are perfectionist.
